ECS – Collecting students on a wet day

Wet Day – Collecting Students

Kia ora Parents and Caregivers,

As you will be aware it is likely it will be wet at the end of the school day today.  If this occurs then we have the following arrangements for student pickup.  This allows us to manage their safety and do our best to keep them dry.

Papanui Club Carpark

If you are collecting your child from the Papanui Club Carpark they will be waiting for you with the duty teacher on the deck area outside the Junior Classrooms.  Please come into the school and walk around to collect them.  It will not be possible for them to wait at the gate as there is no appropriate dry area.

Main School Carpark

If it is wet students will be able to wait inside the K5 classroom.  Again please walk the entrance area after you park to collect them.
