One of the great privileges of being a Christian school in Christchurch is belonging to a wider network of Christian schools. There is real strength in the unity we share as we work together across the city to see Christ honoured and students well educated. As schools, we intentionally support one another for the benefit of all our communities.
On this afternoon, staff from Christian schools across Christchurch will be gathering for a shared time of worship, prayer, and professional learning. This is a valuable opportunity for encouragement, alignment, and growth as we serve our students and families.
To enable staff to travel across the city for this gathering, classes at Emmanuel Christian School will finish early at 2.00pm this afternoon Wednesday 11 February . We appreciate that changes to the school day can cause some disruption as you make arrangements to collect your children at this earlier time.
