A reminder for any families who know their children are not returning in 2023 (and have not already let us know) – can you please do so ASAP.
We know all the Year 10 students will be leaving but it is very important that we know of anyone else who is not intending to return in 2023.

The latest Scholastic Book Club brochure has been handed out and orders must be placed by 6pm on Friday 4th November (today). There are spare brochures in the Office.
This could be a good way to get some Christmas shopping ticked off the list! If you would like to purchase books as presents for your own children please let the Office Staff know and we can hold your books in the Office for you to collect rather than the books going to your child’s classroom for your child to bring home.
Please place your orders online (link below) as we cannot accept cash payment for this in the Office. https://mybookclub.scholastic.co.nz/Parent/Login.aspx

School Account invoices (request for payment) were sent out this week. If your account is up to date (paid in full) you were not sent an invoice.
Could any accounts owing please be paid prior to the end of this term. The $70 Donation is voluntary. We very much appreciate any contributions toward this. Receipts for donations are issued as donation payments are received. These can be used when you claim tax credits for donations at the end of the financial year.
If you have any queries please contact Louise at the Office. office@emmanuelchristian.school.nz
Please note, if you have any queries regarding Attendance Dues, you will need to contact the Bursar as these are invoiced by the Emmanuel Proprietor Trust (EPT). bursar@emmanuelchristian.school.nz

Blazers are an option for students in Year 9 and 10. They are not compulsory. We order these directly through a wholesaler here in Christchurch. The price is $201.25 (this is the cost price).
If you would like to order a new blazer for your child who will be in Year 9 or 10 next year please contact Louise in the Office. If you are looking to buy or sell a second-hand blazer at the end of this year Louise will be creating a list of those wanting to purchase a second-hand blazer and those selling blazers to assist with the sale and purchase.
